We will be hosting a Fall Fine Dining Night at the Bliss on October 17th, 2025.

Our Restaurant will be closed for regular dining & will be a ticket RSVP event ONLY.

Our Fine Dining Night will include a beautiful 5-course Fusion Menu, with each dish custom crafted by each of our chefs. The following will be included in the 5 courses:

Fennel Olive Salad topped with Octopus, Cherry Tomato & a Pasilla Almond Pagoda Foam

Hamachi Sashimi Crudo Resting in a Yuzo Sauce, Accented With Pickled Shallots, Lychee Gel, Jalepeno & Topped With Toasted Nori and Tobiko

Cheesy Grits Topped With Blackened Shrimp, Tomato Relish, & Drizzled With Black Truffle Hot Sauce

You may purchase your Fine Dining Ticket through our "Order Online" Portal, or you may purchase your tickets in person at The Bliss, located at 187 W Silver Avenue, Crestone, CO 81131.
